I believe compassionate leadership, teamwork, and collaboration are essential to providing the highest quality of care
My name is Antonio Escareno I’m passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others, especially our seniors. I hold a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration from Strayer University and bring over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Med Tech certified, and hold an Administrator’s License. I believe compassionate leadership, teamwork, and collaboration are essential to providing the highest quality of care. My favorite part of working at Twelve Oaks is our residents. I love getting to know their unique personalities and little quirks, having the privilege of listening to their stories, and, most importantly, seeing them smile. Building meaningful connections with our residents and making a positive difference in their daily lives is what makes my work so rewarding. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my partner, relaxing at the beach, and unwinding with a good book.

Shana is grateful to be part of the Twelve Oaks family and looks forward to continuing to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of those she serves.
Shana brings a lifelong passion for caring for others to her role at Twelve Oaks. Inspired by her grandmother, who dedicated 27 years to assisted living, Shana knew from an early age that healthcare was the path she wanted to pursue. She began her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working in both Tennessee and Virginia, before making North Carolina her home 10 years ago. Shana joined the Twelve Oaks family as the Memory Care Coordinator, where she spent nearly two years building meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Today, Shana serves as the Business Office Coordinator and is continuing to grow within Twelve Oaks as she trains to become the Assistant Executive Director while furthering her education. For Shana, caring for others is more than a career—it’s a calling. She is proud to carry on her grandmother’s legacy by leading with compassion, kindness, and dedication. Shana is grateful to be part of the Twelve Oaks family and looks forward to continuing to learn, grow, and make a difference in the lives of those she serves.
